Prohibitions: Letters; arms, except under permit; patent medicines, except under permit. No permit is, however, necessary in the case of patent medicines for places in the territory of the Mozambiqde Company.

Invoice: An invoice certified by a Portuguese consular representative is required in respect of each consignment of goods over 550 escudos in value. These invoices should not accompany the parcels but should be sent direct to the addressee.
