Prohibitions: Bank-notes, currency notes and all documents payable to bearer. Restrictions: The importation of all classes of merchandise is subject to the production by the addressee of an import permit issued by the Exchange Control Division.

Invoice: All goods with a value in excess of 10 United States dollars or the equivalent in other currencies, must be accompanied by Consular and Commercial invoices duly legalized.

Prohibitions: Letters.

Restrictions apply to the importation of: Arms; foodstuffs; fruit and seeds. The importation of many classes of merchandise is subject to the production by the addressee of an import permit issued by the Exchange Control Division. Any one buyer may, however, import certain classes of goods, up to a value of 25 U.S. dollars per month, without exchange contract.

Import permits can only be obtained after proof has been furnished that the prior deposit for the opening of an irrevocable documentary letter of credit has been. made.

Packing: Each article of celluloid or roll of film must be packed separately. Delivery: Parcels are not delivered to the place of address, but have to be collected by the addressees. Customs dues, warehousing charges, etc., are collected from the addressees when the parcels are handed over.
