Delivery: A charge of 15 cents for customs clearance and de- livery is collected from the addressee,

Customs duty: Articles (except those subject to internal revenue tax, such as cigars, cigarettes, and so on) the aggregate value of which is not more than U.S.$1.00, are admitted free of duty provided they are not imported for sale or forwarded for the purpose of avoiding the payment of duty.

Compensation is not paid.
