Restrictions apply to the importation of: Arms; copper and copper coin; substances for the manufacture of explosives; wire- less apparatus; and articles restricted in the letter post.

Invoice: A copy of the relative invoice with a detailed descrip- tion of the contents should be enclosed in each commercial parcel.

Import licence: The importation of all goods is subject to a permit or licence issued by the Foreign Department, Bank of Taiwan, which should be obtained by the addressee in advance. Commercial parcels will be confiscated if the ardressee has not obtained a relative import permit or licence,

Address: Delivery is facilitated if in the case of a parcel for a Chinese addressee, the name and address are written in Chinese and English on the parcel cover and on the Customs declarations.
