Invoices: Invoices are required for all commercial parcels. Senders are advised to despatch the invoices in advance of the parcels. The importation of all parcels containing goods except bona fide gifts is subject to the production by the addressee of an import licence, in the absence of which parcels will be con- fiscated; and no parcels (other than those containing bona fide gifts) should therefore be posted unless it is known that the addressee is in possession of the required licence.
Delivery: Parcels are accepted for any place on the under- standing that they are called for by the addressee at the nearest post office.
