The sender may address the reply half to himself and may also print on the back of that half a question- naire to be filled up by the addressee.
A reply half is available only for transmission to the country of origin.
A reply-paid postcard of which the two halves are not fully prepaid at the time of posting is not forwarded.

SERVICES TO CERTAIN COUNTRIES ON
THE EMPIRE AIR ROUTES
All first class mail (letters, letter packets and post- cards) for countries against which the words By AIR appear in column 3 of the tables on pages (125 to 215) is, without exception, forwarded by air. Special atten- tion is drawn to the fact that the letter postage rate for these countries is 15 cents for each HALF OUNCE (postcards 10 cents).
Note. For the services mentioned in the preceding paragraphs air mail labels or other special markings must not be used.
OTHER AIR MAILS
Air mail services are available on payment of special air postage rate to most countries not covered by the arrangements described in the preceding paragraphs. A blue air mail label (obtainable free at any post office) should be affixed to air mail correspon- dence on which a special air postage rate is payable. The air postage rates vary according to the country of destination and are as follows:
