PROHIBITIONS: letters.

RESTRICTIONS apply to the importation of: bonds, securities, and so on; drugs and medicines; dyes and chemicals derived from coal tar; firearms; plants and parts of plants, including seeds; tobacco; weights and measures. INVOICE a copy of the relative invoice should be enclosed in parcels con-

taining merchandise,

PROHIBITIONS: letters; corks, labels, and so on, bearing the name of a non- Latvian firm and not sent with the goods to which they relate; playing cards.

RESTRICTIONS apply to the importation of arms and accessories; medicines,

serums and vaccines; potatoes.

ADDRESS: names of towns, streets, firms or persons, and so on, in addresses

must be in accordance with the official Latvian nomenclatures, PACKING: parcels sent via Germany must be very strongly packed and must be

sealed.

The principal islands are: Antigua, Dominica, Montserrat, Nevis and St. Kitts. PROHIBITIONS: General: letters, except one for the addressee; arms, except

under licence from the Governor; goods bearing the name or trade-mark of a firm in the British Empire unless the country of origin is clearly indicated. RESTRICTIONS: apply to the importation of plants, nuts, vegetables, and fruits

including dried, canned or crystallized fruits. (Antigua only.)
