PROHIBITIONS: letters; arms and parts of arms and saccharine and its pro-
ducts, except under permit.
SEALING: parcels should be sealed with a distinctive device.
INVOICE parcels containing merchandise should be accompanied by a copy
of the invoice dated and signed by the sender.
PROHIBITIONS: letters; bees; Christmas crackers; meat, poultry and game in parcels over 11 lb. in weight; playing cards addressed to San Marino; potatoes; saccharine and its products, unless addressed to authorised chemists; weights and measures not conforming to the Italian system, unless addressed to scientific institutes.
RESTRICTIONS apply to the importation of arms and parts of arms; cigarette papers; foodstuffs in preserved or extract form; mechanical lighters; patent medicines; plants and parts of plants and seeds; tobacco and its products, including nicotine and preparations thereof; wireless apparatus. CERTIFICATE a certificate of origin (in duplicate) should accompany each commercial parcel or consignment of parcels posted at the same time by one sender for the same addressee.
