PROHIBITIONS: letters; plants; dyes not of British origin.
RESTRICTIONS: tobacco, cigars, cigarettes and snuff not over 11 lb. in weight, and samples of spirits not over one pint are admitted provided that they are not packed with other goods.
CUSTOMS DUTY: articles other than tobacco and spirits, for the personal use of the addressee, are admitted free of duty when the amount of the duty would not exceed 6d.
COMPENSATION is not payable
PROHIBITIONS: letters; firearms, except under permit.
RESTRICTIONS apply to the importation of almanacs and calendars in the Finnish or Swedish language; meat; medicines containing alcohol; pota- toes; seeds; unmanufactured tobacco.
GIFTS of worn footwear, wearing apparel, underclothing and bedding are admitted free of duty if sent in such small quantities as to preclude their use for commercial purposes.
