Examples of Admissible Documents. (1) Bills of Lading.
(2) Copies of or extracts from deeds under pri- vate seal written on stamped or unstamped paper.
(3) Documents of all kinds drawn up by public
functionaries.
(4) Invoices.

(6) Musical scores or sheets
(7) Open letters and post-
cards which are out of date and have already fulfilled their original purpose, and copies thereof.

Documents may be accompanied by reference slips showing the following or similar particulars: a list of the papers included in the packet, references to corres- pondence exchanged between the sender and the addressee.
Inadmissible Articles.
Postage stamps or forms of prepayment, whether obliterated or not, or any paper representing a mone- tary value, are inadmissible; but out-of-date correspon- dence may bear cancelled postage stamps which served to prepay the original postage.
Samples
The prepaid postage rate is as follows:-
10 cents for the first four ounces and 5 cents for each additional two ounces or part of two
ounces.
Limit of weight is 5 lbs.
The limits of size are 2 feet in length, 18 inches in width and 18 inches in depth; or if made up in the form of a roll, 3 feet 3 inches for the length and twice the diameter combined, and 2 feet 8 inches for the greatest dimension.
