PROHIBITIONS. Alcohol, except if perfumed or for medicinal purposes or unless sent in small quantities as genuine trade samples; coin, tobacco, packets of cigarettes and cigars, unless sent in small quantities for personal use. RESTRICTIONS apply to the importation of plant cuttings and

seeds.
