PROHIBITIONS. Bank-notes (except Mexican notes), coin. Packets

of pictorial postcards by printed papers post.

RESTRICTIONS apply to the importation of medicines and toilet

preparations, plants, seeds.

CUSTOMS DUTY. Advertising matter (including catalogues) is

subject to Customs duty.
