PROHIBITIONS. Austrian and German bank-notes, unless sent to an Austrian or German credit institution with an indication that they are to be credited to a foreigner in a blocked account. ADDRESS. Packets containing articles of celluloid must bear a white label with the word CELLULOID in black letters. See also page 96.

CUSTOMS DECLARATIONS. The Customs declaration must be securely attached to the outside of the green label letter or small packet.
