The description "Resident in the British con- cession" should appear in the address. Such parcels cannot be insured. A charge of 6d, for stamp duty, clearance, &c., is levied ΟΤΙ every dutiable parcel entering the Protecta-

rate.

Letters; coin; cotton seed, unless originating in Egypt or addressed to the Director of Agriculture when intended for experimental purposes; potato seed, seeds or plants of the Albizzia tree, unless originat- ing in Australia; seeds or liv. ing or dried plants originating in Ceylón, India, Straits Settle- ments, Dutch East Indies, Guatemala, Central American States, Mauritius, Zanzibar, Congo Free State and Natal may only be imported on pro- duction at the Zomba Post Office of a special permit signed by the Governor of the Protectorate.
