An increase in staff commensurate with the tech-

nical development of Z.B.W.

(iii) An attempt to bring the standard of production, presentation and announcing more in line with tthe B.B.C. In this connection Z.B.W. has been fortunate to obtain in Mr. Keith Hardy the services of a Secretary with B.B.C. experience.

Telecommunications.

The scope of work subsequent to the re-integration of Tele- communications into the Post Office Department after it had operated separately during the Military Administration has been very wide, and it is therefore thought desirable to summarise its activities under various heads.
