of form only ; and the forms in the schedule to this Ordinance annexed,
or forms to the like effect, may be used in the cases to which they refer,
with such variations as circumstances require and when used shall be
deemed sufficient.

Conviction.

HONGKONG Be it remembered that on the day of 18 ", A.B. , of

the age of years , was this day duly convicted before the undersigned , for
that (stating the offence as in the conviction) , and it was thereby adjudged that the said
A.B. , for his said offence, should , in pursuance of the Reformatory Schools Ordinance,
1886 , be sent forthwith to the reformatory school at
(the managers whereof are willing to receive him therein) , and to be there
detained for the period of commencing from and after the
