E it enacted by the Governor of Hongkong, with the advice of the Legislative
BR Council thereof, as follows :
Amendment of 1. Ordinance 15 of 1884 is hereby amended as follows, viz.:
section 9.
For section 9 substitute the following section :

9. Except as otherwise provided by this Ordinance, no document liable
to stamp duty under this Ordinance shall be received as creating, transferring,
