the berthing of vessels ?
3. How many steamers or other vessels made use of the
wharf for the 12 months ending ..
4. What was the average toll charged for each ?

7. What is the state of repair ?
8. What do you consider a fair annual rental (gross) ?
9. Have you allowed for the value of this pier in making
a return of the value of any other tenement, if so, name
