VOTING PROCEDURE UNDER Sections 7A(1) AND 20(1)

[ss. 7A(1) & 20(1)]

1. The election of a representative member under section 7A(1) or a Chairman or Vice- Chairman under section 20(1) shall be conducted by one or more secret ballots held---

(a) among those present and entitled to vote at the election; and

(b) in accordance with the following paragraphs.

Subject to paragraphs 4, 5 and 6, a candidate who receives an absolute majority of votes shall be elected.
