PART IV

RESERVE FUND

*33. Establishment of Reserve Fund

(1) The Registrar shall establish and administer a fund to be known as the Travel Agents' Reserve Fund.

(2) The Reserve Fund shall consist of-

(a) moneys paid into the Reserve Fund by way of levy under section 35;

(b) interest and other income derived from the money and investments comprising the Reserve Fund;

(c) moneys paid into the Reserve Fund by the Registrar under section 28; and

(d) other moneys lawfully paid into the Reserve Fund.

(3) The Public Finance Ordinance (Cap. 2) shall not apply to the Reserve Fund.

*34. Payments from the Reserve Fund

There shall be paid from the Reserve Fund the following---

(a) payments due under section 44;

(b) the cost of any administration fee charged under section 41; and

any other sums required or permitted to be paid out of the Reserve Fund under this Ordinance.

PART V

FINANCIAL PROVISIONS

35. (Repealed 70 of 1988 s. 15)
