(e) follows such other person in a disorderly manner in or through

shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine of $1,000 and to imprisonment for 6 months.
(2) Attending at or near any place in such numbers, or otherwise in such manner, as is by the proviso to section 46 declared to be unlawful shall be deemed to be a watching or besetting of that place within the meaning of this section. (Amended 15 of 1971 s. 22)
48. Conspiracy in relation to trade disputes
(1) An agreement or combination of 2 or more persons to do or procure to be done any act in contemplation or furtherance of a trade dispute shall not be triable as a conspiracy if such act committed by one person would not be punishable as a crime.
(2) An act done in pursuance of an agreement or combination by 2 or more persons shall, if done in contemplation or furtherance of a trade dispute, not be actionable unless the act, if done without any such agreement or combination, would be actionable.
(3) Nothing in this section shall exempt from punishment any person guilty of a conspiracy for which a punishment is awarded by any enactment in force in Hong Kong. (Amended 47 of 1988 s. 3)
(4) Nothing in this section shall affect the law relating to riot, unlawful assembly, breach of the peace or sedition or any offence against the State or the Sovereign.
(5) Where a person is convicted of any such agreement or combination as is referred to in subsection (1) to do or procure to be done any act that is punishable on summary conviction, and is sentenced to imprisonment, the imprisonment shall not exceed 3 months, or such longer term, if any, as may have been prescribed by the law for the punishment of such act when committed by one person.
(6) Nothing in this section shall be construed in any way to limit or prejudice any of the provisions of the Societies Ordinance (Cap.151).

property of a registered trade union
(1) If any officer or any other person being or representing himself to be a member of a registered trade union or the nominee, executor, administrator or
