TRADE MARKS ORDINANCE (Chapter 43)
Request for Registrar's preliminary advice as to distinctiveness or capability of distinguishing, by a person proposing to apply for the registration of a Trade Mark (section 73 and rule 8)

hereby request the Registrar to advise me/us whether the Trade Mark shown on the accompanying foolscap sheet appears to him prima facie to be inherently adapted to distinguish or inherently capable of distinguishing my/our goods so as to comply with the requirements section 9 or section 10, respectively, of the Ordinance for registrability in Part A or Part B of the register.
