10. The Licensee, and all persons operating any stations which the Licensee is authorized by this Licence to establish and use shall observe and comply with the relevant provisions of the Telecommunication Convention.

11. In this Licence "Telecommunication Convention" means any International Telecommunication Convention and the Radio Regulations annexed thereto, which have from time to time or at any time been acceded to by or applied to Hong Kong.

A. The symbols used to designate the classes of emission have the meanings assigned to them in the Radio Regulations annexed to or in force under the Telecommunication Convention.

B. "The Telecommunication Convention" means any International Telecommunication Convention, and the Radio Regulations annexed thereto, which has from time to time or at any time been acceded to by or applied to Hong Kong.
