1. By-laws.

[21 June 1974.]

These by-laws may be cited as the Stadia (Urban Council) By-laws.

2. These by-laws apply to the Urban Council area only.

3. In these by-laws, unless the context otherwise requires-

"Council" means the Urban Council;

"Director" means the Director of Urban Services;

"manager" means any person appointed by the Director to manage or assist in the management of a stadium;

"member of the staff" means any person appointed by the Director to assist a manager.

4. Except with the consent of the manager, no person, other than a member of the staff, shall enter or remain in any part of a stadium-

(a) the exclusive use of which has been granted under section 105C of the Ordinance to any person, except in furtherance of a purpose for which such grant is made; or

(b) during any period when the Council has directed that the stadium or such part thereof is closed to the public.

5. A manager, or any member of the staff authorized by him in that behalf, may at any time enter and inspect any part of a stadium the exclusive use of which is granted under section 105C of the Ordinance.

6. Except with the permission of a manager, no person shall introduce any animal or bird into a stadium.

7. (1) A manager, or any member of the staff authorized by him in that behalf, may direct any person to leave a stadium or any part thereof-

(a) who he has reason to believe has committed or is about to commit any offence punishable under the Summary Offences Ordinance or these by-laws; or

(b) who refuses to obey any reasonable order given by him in furtherance of the proper management of the stadium.

(2) Any person who fails to leave a stadium or part thereof when so directed by a manager pursuant to paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence and may, in addition to any penalty to which he
