Garnishee order absolute where garnishee owes less than judgment debt

Upon hearing (as in No. 73).

It is ordered that the said garnishee (after deducting therefrom $............ for his costs of this application) do forthwith pay to the said judgment creditor ............. the debt due from the said garnishee to the said judgment debtor. And that the sum of $.............. the costs of the judgment creditor of this application be added to the judgment debt and be retained out of the money recovered by the said judgment creditor under this order and in priority to the amount of the judgment debt.
