Invaliding.

(ii) he is awarded a pension in respect of such injury or illness under the Royal Hong Kong Auxiliary Police Force (Pensions) Regulations.

11. Whenever any member is certified, by a medical board appointed by the Governor, unfit for further service on account of ill health, the Commissioner shall inform such member in writing that he has been invalided out of the Force and he shall thereupon cease to be a member.
