8.
For the purposes of this Schedule "revoked" means-
(a) in the case of the Road Traffic (Public Omnibus, Public Light Bus and Public Car) Regulations and the Road Traffic (Public Service Vehicles) Regulations, revoked by regulation 60 of these regulations;
(b) in the case of the Road Traffic (Registration and Licensing of Vehicles) Regulations, revoked by regulation 61 of the Road Traffic (Registration and Licensing of Vehicles) Regulations (Cap.374 sub. leg.)

REQUIREMENTS OF A NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 51(3)
A notice referred to in regulation 51(3) shall--
(a) clearly indicate to the passenger referred to in that regulation, that if he does not wear a seat belt---
(i) he commits an offence;
(ii) the driver of the vehicle may refuse the hire or to drive; and
(iii) he may be required to pay the fare and leave the vehicle;
(b) be in English and Chinese; and (L.N.71 of 1989)
(c) be of a size and a background colour and consist of such letters and characters of a size and colour so as to be easily legible and visible to a passenger referred to in regulation 51(3), and be constructed of a durable and water resistant material.
