(1) Taxis licensed to operate in Hong Kong and Kowloon:

For every period of 1 minute or part thereof during which the go taxi is hired but not in motion (L.N. 353 of 1988)

(ii) Taxis licensed to operate within Lantau:

For every period of 1 minute or part thereof during which the taxi is hired but not in motion (L.N. 206 of 1989) (iii) Taxis licensed to operate in the New Territories:
