(1) Taxis licensed to operate in Hong Kong and Kowloon:

For every period of 1 minute or part thereof during which the taxi is hired but not in motion (L.N. 353 of 1988)

(ii) Taxis licensed to operate within Lantau:

For every period of 1 minute or part thereof during which the taxi is hired but not in motion (L.N. 206 of 1989)

(iii) Taxis licensed to operate in the New Territories:

For every period of 1 minute or part thereof during which the taxi is hired but not in motion (L.N. 353 of 1988)

Additional Fares

(i) (a) Taxis licensed to operate in Hong Kong and Kowloon or in the New Territories:

80 cents.

For every article of baggage carried in accordance with regulation 41 $2.00.

(b) Taxis licensed to operate within Lantau:

70 cents.
