12. Penalty for obstructing attendants or supervisors
Any person who obstructs or resists any attendant or supervisor in the exercise of his duty or who fails to comply with any reasonable direction given by such attendant or supervisor for the purpose of giving effect to any of the provisions of these bylaws shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine of $50.

13. General penalties and power to remove offenders from swimming pool
(1) Any person who contravenes any of the provisions of bylaw 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 8A or 10(6) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine of $1,500. (L.N.86 of 1976)
(2) In addition to any penalty prescribed by this bylaw any person contravening any of the provisions of the bylaws mentioned in paragraph (1) may be ordered by any attendant or supervisor of a swimming pool forthwith to leave the precincts thereof and, in the event of failure to comply with such direction, he may be removed, if necessary, by force.
14. Name in which proceedings for offences may be brought

Without prejudice to the provisions of any other enactment relating to the prosecution of criminal offences and without prejudice to the powers of the Attorney General in relation to the prosecution of such offences, prosecutions for an offence under any of the provisions of these bylaws may be brought in the name of the Council.
