1. This order may be cited as the Public Order (Movement of Craft) Order.

2. During the continuance in force of this order the movement of craft within the areas specified in the Schedule is prohibited within the hours of 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. unless the permission in writing of the Commissioner of Police or other officer duly authorized has been given for such movement.

SCHEDULE.

Citation.

Prohibition of movement of craft during specified hours.

Area “A”.

All that area of the waters of the Colony known as Deep Bay (Hau Hoi Wan) being North-East of a line drawn from Black Point on the South-West coast of the New Territories to South-West Point on the Nam Tau Peninsula.

Area “B”.

All that area of the waters of the Colony known as Mirs Bay (Ma Shi Wan) being North of a line drawn from Mirs Point (Chun Pei Ngaam) to Bate Head (Tuen Tsui) and being East of a line drawn from Bluff Head (Wong Chuk Kok Tsui) to Gruff Head (Ngo Keng Tsui).

Note: This order was made under section 12 of the repealed Public Order Ordinance (Cap. 245 of the 1964 edition) and, by virtue of section 36(1) of the Interpretation and General Clauses Ordinance, continues in force and has the like effect for all purposes as if made under the repealing Ordinance (enacted in 1967 and Cap. 245 of the 1967 edition).
