CAP. 139] Public Health (Animals and Birds)

(Exhibitions) Regulations

[1973 Ed.

[Subsidiary]

(a) any condition attached to his licence; or (b) regulation 6 or 7,

shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine of 1,000 dollars.

(3) Any person to whom a permit has been issued who contravenes any condition attached to his permit shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine of 1,000 dollars.
