Public Bus Services Regulations

[Subsidiary]

(2) Any person who commits an offence under regulation 4(3) or subregulation (1) is liable to a fine of $2,000.

(3) Any person who without reasonable excuse contravenes any of the provisions of regulation 11(d), 11A, 12(d) or (e), 13A(1) or 14A commits an offence and is liable to a fine of $3,000 and to imprisonment for 6 months.

(4) Any grantee who fails to ensure compliance with regulation 24A commits an offence and is liable to a fine of $2,000.
