Authorized

guards in respect of protected places specified by contract.

(Cap. 299.)

6. In respect of any protected place to which guards are to be assigned by a company or firm pursuant to a contract in writing between the Government and the company or firm, persons who

are-

(a) registered as watchmen under the Watchmen Ordinance;

(b) employed by the company or firm; and

are hereby authorized to act as authorized guards.
