SPRACTISING CERTIFICATE (BARRISTERS) RULES

1. These rules may be cited as the Practising Certificate (Barristers) Rules.

2. (1) An application by a barrister under section 30(1) of the Ordinance for a practising certificate shall be in accordance with Form 1 in the Schedule.

(2) The Registrar may be satisfied by such application without further investigation unless it is made to appear to him to be necessary.

3. (1) A practising certificate as a barrister shall be in accordance with Form 2 in the Schedule.

(2) A limited practising certificate as a barrister for the purposes of section 31(2) of the Ordinance shall be in accordance with Form 3 in the Schedule.
