NOTICE TO APPLICANT

申請人須知

(a) You must submit 3 copies of this application to the Licensing Authority.

台端須將本申請書一式三份交發牌當局。

(b) The Licensing Authority in respect of places of public entertainment in the Urban Council area is the Urban Council and in the Regional Council area is the Regional Council.

市政局是市政局轄區內公眾娛樂場所的發牌當局,而區域議局轄區內公眾娛樂場所的發牌當局則是區域議局。

(c) In addition to a licence, you are obliged under section 8 of the Places of Public Entertainment Ordinance to obtain a permit from the Commissioner for Television and Entertainment Licensing before the proposed entertainment is advertised, presented or carried on.

除申領牌照外,台端須根據公眾娛樂場所條例第八條,向影視及娛樂事務管理處處長申領許可證,始可宣傳、上演或經營該項擬舉辦之娛樂。
