1. This order may be cited as the Miscellaneous Licences (Amusement Game Centre) (Exemption) Order.

2. The places and classes of places specified in the Schedule are exempted from being an amusement game centre.

1. Any place where the organization or conduct of a game of amusement is authorized by licence issued under section 22(1)(a)(iii) of the Gambling Ordinance to a charitable institution or trust of a public character which is exempt from tax under section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance.
