1. This notice may be cited as the Mining (Declaration of Closed Area) (Consolidation) Notice.

2. The following areas are declared closed to prospecting or mining, namely-

(a) the area of land comprising 172,800 square metres or thereabouts at Needle Hill near the Jubilee Reservoir New Territories as is shown coloured red on a plan deposited at the Land Office;

(b) the whole of Sha Chau Island in the New Territories;

(c) those areas at Wong Chuk Yeung, Sha Tin, New Territories which are delineated and coloured pink on Plan No. STM5339 deposited in the District Office Sha Tin.
