119. (1) Without prejudice to the general application of section 36(1) of the Interpretation and General Clauses Ordinance, the enactments, instruments, and regulations made or prescribed by or under any enactment repealed by this Ordinance shall remain in force so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions hereof and until they shall have been expressly repealed or shall have been replaced by rules and regulations made under the provisions of this Ordinance. (Amended, 17 of 1965, s. 65)

120. For the avoidance of doubt, it is declared that the Shipping and Port Control (Fees) Ordinance 1986 shall apply in relation to any port dues or other fees or charges specified in regulations made before its commencement*, and not revoked prior thereto, as it applies in relation to port dues and other fees and charges prescribed thereafter.
