CAP. 281] Merchant Shipping (Tankers-Officers and Ratings) Regulations [1984 Ed.

6. (1) An employer who contravenes regulation 4(1) commits an offence and is liable to a fine of $50,000 and to imprisonment for 2 years.

(2) A master who contravenes regulation 4(2) commits an offence and is liable to a fine of $10,000 and to imprisonment for 2 years.
