In this Schedule, the fees set out in the column headed “1989/90” shall apply for the period from 1 October 1989 to 30 September 1990 and the fees set out in the column headed "1990” shall apply for the period commencing on 1 October 1990. If a fee is in a column which has no heading or is printed across both columns, the fee shall apply in all appropriate cases on or after 1 October 1989.
