(2) Supplying a photocopy of a plan attached to a Crown lease or other document, per plan

(3) Colouring or indicating colours upon any such plan, such additional fee, not being less than $10 and not more than $200 as the Land Officer shall direct, having regard to the time spent thereon:

Provided that where any photocopy or hard copy supplied under paragraph (1) or (2) exceeds in size 216 mm by 330 mm, such additional fee, not exceeding $3 as the Land Officer shall direct, shall be payable.

12. Fees for and incidental to-

(a) the preparation, signature and issue of a Crown lease and counterpart

(b) the preparation of a surrender (when it is at the lessee's expense) of a Crown lease or other tenancy from the Crown
