44. (1) Proceedings for determination of a claim by the Tribunal under section 3(2) or 6(2) of the Public Reclamations and Works Ordinance shall be commenced by filing with the registrar-
(a) an application substantially in accordance with form 9;
and
(b) a copy of the claim submitted to the Director of Lands in accordance with a notification under section 2 of that Ordinance.
(2) A copy of the application and of the claim shall be served on the other party not later than 7 days after it is filed.

45. (1) Proceedings for determination of a claim by the Tribunal under section 7 of the Foreshores and Sea Bed Ordinance shall be commenced by filing with the registrar-
(a) an application substantially in accordance with form 10;
and
(b) a copy of the particulars of the injurious affecting of property and of claims in respect thereof delivered to the Director of Lands under section 7(1) of that Ordinance.
(2) A copy of the application and of the particulars of the injurious affecting of property and of claims in respect thereof shall be served on the other party not later than 7 days after it is filed.
