IMPORT (RADIATION) (PROHIBITION) REGULATIONS*

1. These regulations may be cited as the Import (Radiation) (Prohibition) Regulations.
2. (1) No person shall import any article specified in the Schedule except under and in accordance with an import licence granted by the Director.
(2) Any person who contravenes the provisions of paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable to a fine of $10,000 and to imprisonment for 1 year.
Citation.

(13) Radioactive luminous paints and powders.
