1. These rules may be cited as the Hong Kong Cemetery, Happy Valley, Rules.
2. The Hong Kong Cemetery, Happy Valley, shall be open to the public at the following times--
3. 1 April to 30 September-7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
1 October to 31 March---7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
No person shall permit any dog or other animal to enter the cemetery.
4. Except with the prior permission of the Director of Urban Services--
(a) no band, other than a band of Her Majesty's armed forces, may enter or play within the cemetery; and
(b) no person may take any photograph in the cemetery of any process of burial or of any religious or other ceremony conducted in connexion therewith.
