Forestry Regulations

[CAP. 96

Agriculture and Fisheries Department and thereon marked “Prohibited area for cultivation of tung oil trees", is declared a prohibited area under section 12(1) of the Ordinance.

12. (1) Any person who acts in contravention of regulation 2 shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable to a fine of $250.

(2) A magistrate may forfeit any severed plant or portion of a plant with regard to which any contravention of regulation 2 has been committed.
