(2) A licence for possession granted to a watchman shall be in Form 6 in the First Schedule.

(3) A dealer's licence shall be in Form 7 in the First Schedule.

(4) A licence under section 30 of the Ordinance shall be in Form 8 in the First Schedule (as appropriate)

9. An application for the renewal of a licence under section 32 of the Ordinance shall be made in such form and contain such particulars as the Commissioner may from time to time determine.

10. The fee payable for the issue or the renewal of a licence or the grant of an exemption and for an amendment of a licence or a condition thereof shall be the appropriate fee specified in the Second Schedule.

11. The Commissioner shall, if he is satisfied that a licence or exemption has been accidentally lost, destroyed or defaced, and on payment of the fee prescribed in the Second Schedule, issue a duplicate of the licence or exemption to the licensee or holder of the exemption.

12. A notice of transactions under section 36(1) of the Ordinance shall be in Form 9 in the First Schedule.

13. A dealer's register of transactions required to be kept under section 37(1) of the Ordinance shall be in Form 10 in the First Schedule.

14. The period prescribed for the purposes of section 46(5) of the Ordinance is 3 months.
