1. This declaration may be cited as the Firearms and Ammunition (Storage Fees) (Exemption) Declaration.

2. It is declared that the storage by the Commissioner of any arms, ammunition or imitation firearms belonging to any body specified in the Schedule, or to any member of any such body and used only for its purposes, is exempt from fees prescribed under section 46(2) of the Ordinance.
