1. Citation

These bylaws may be cited as the Exhumation (Fees) (Regional Council) Bylaws.

2. Exhumation fees

(1) The fee payable for the grant of permission to exhume any human remains or any part of any human remains shall be $70.

(2) Such fee shall be payable to the Regional Council.
