(5) Any person who-

(a) behaves in an insulting manner or uses any threatening or insulting expression to or in the presence of the Appeals Board; or

(b) wilfully disrupts the proceedings of the Appeals Board,

shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine of $500 and to imprisonment for 3 months.

64. (1) On the hearing of an appeal, the Appeals Board may confirm, reverse or vary the decision of the Director appealed against, and shall state its reasons for its decision.

(2) The secretary of the Board shall serve on the appellant and the Director notice in writing of the decision of the Appeals Board together with the reasons of the Board for its decision.

65. The Director or the appellant may within 14 days after being served under section 64(2) with a notice of the decision of the Appeals Board appeal by way of petition to the Governor in Council.

66. (1) Notwithstanding any other provision in this Ordinance, the Director may on such conditions, if any, as he thinks fit-

(a) by notice in writing to the supervisor permit a school to continue to operate after the registration or provisional registration of the school has been cancelled under section 22(1);

(b) by notice in writing to a manager of a school permit him to continue to be a manager of the school after his registration as a manager of the school has been cancelled under section 31(1), or is deemed to have been cancelled under section 31(3) by reason of the decision of the Director to withdraw under section 26(1) his approval of such person to be a manager;

(c) by notice in writing to a registered teacher permit him to continue to teach after his registration as a teacher has been cancelled under section 47; or

(d) by notice in writing to the supervisor of a school permit a permitted teacher to continue to be employed as a teacher in the school after the permit to teach issued in respect of such teacher has been cancelled under section 52(1).

(2) Any permission given by the Director under subsection (1) shall remain in force-

(a) until-

(i) the expiry of the time specified in section 61(1) for the bringing of an appeal to the Appeals Board against the decision of the Director; and
