28. Without prejudice to the provisions of section 27 any person who knowingly delivers or causes to be delivered to any person any document which not having been issued under the authority of the Court has, by reason of its form or contents or both, the appearance of having been issued under such authority shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine of $5,000 and to imprisonment for 12 months.

29. Any person who rescues or attempts to rescue any goods seized in execution under process of the Court or seized under a distress for rent shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable--
(a) on summary conviction to a fine of $1,000 and to imprisonment for 12 months; or
(b) on an order made by a judge in that behalf, to be committed to prison for a specified period not exceeding one month and to a fine of $1,000,
and a bailiff of the Court may take the offender into custody, with or without warrant, and bring him before a judge.

30. Any person who assaults, resists or obstructs an officer of the Court while in the execution of his duty shall be liable-
(a) on summary conviction to a fine of $1,000 and to imprisonment for 12 months; or
(b) on an order made by a judge in that behalf, to be committed to prison for a specified period not exceeding one month and to a fine of $1,000,
and a bailiff of the Court may take the offender into custody, with or without warrant, and bring him before a judge.

31. A judge may at any time revoke an order committing a person to prison under section 20, 21, 23, 29 or 30 and, if he is already in custody, order his discharge.
